The tour has been updated to a stadium tour and the new dates include stops in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East.
“The ‘After Hours’ tour dates are moving and will commence in the summer of 2022 due to constraints of arenas and the desire to do something bigger and special for fans that will require stadiums,” The Weeknd wrote in an Instagram post on Monday (October 18).
“New dates forthcoming. Current tickets will be refunded automatically and all ticketholders will be given priority to buy tickets for the stadium shows when they go on sale,” he added.
The tour was also rebranded as After Hours ’til the Dawn, which Variety writes could be a reference to the musician’s forthcoming new album.
Late last month, it was revealed who would star opposite The Weeknd in his upcoming HBO series The Idol. Find who it is!
