Taylor Swift is gearing up for a big year of new music.
After announcing in 2019 that she would be re-recording and re-releasing every song on her first six albums, last month she dropped her first –– ‘Love Story’.
Now she’s given fans a little taste of what’s to come, by sharing a little snippet of the song ‘Wildest Dreams’, a track on her fifth album 1989.
The pop star shared to social media the trailer for the upcoming DreamWorks film Spirit Untamed, in which the song is featured.
Swift revealed the re-record of Fearless –– her second album, originally released in 2008 –– would be available on April 9. We don’t have dates for any other releases just yet.
The snippet’s release comes ahead of her Grammys appearance on Monday (Australian time), where Swift will be performing with her folklore collaborators Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner.
She revealed they have been quarantining together in a house so they’ll be able to perform on-stage at the Grammys. “It’s just really exciting, honestly, to play music with your collaborators. That’s something that I will never, ever take for granted again.”
The singer is nominated for six Grammy awards, including Album Of The Year for folklore.
