RHOBH Star Erika Jayne’s Pasadena Mansion is Burglarized Amid Estranged Husband Thomas Girardi’s Bankruptcy and Fraud Case, Plus Attorney Voices Suspicion About Robbery

‘RHOBH’ Erika Jayne’s Mansion is Burglarized Amid Husband Tom Girardi’s Bankruptcy as Attorney Voices Suspicion

Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi‘s $16 million home in Pasadena, California was reportedly burglarized last month.

Amid the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings against the once-famed Erin Brockovich attorney, police arrived to the ex-couple’s 10,000+ square-foot-home, where the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member lived before filing for divorce in November of last year, after receiving a late-night phone call.

On February 4, Law360 revealed that police had been called to the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home just after 11 p.m. on January 22, where signs of forced entry were found in the form of a broken window.

While it is unclear what was stolen from the home and who was present at the time, Erika was likely not in the residence as the RHOBH star moved into a $1.5 million rental home in Los Angeles weeks ago after making the heartbreaking decision to end her decades-long marriage.

News of the reported burglary at Erika and Thomas’ home comes just days after Thomas’s brother, Robert Giradi, was named as the temporary conservator of his estate after suggesting Thomas was suffering from short-term memory loss and unable to take care of himself.

Thomas is currently facing a potential eviction after being forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy by his many creditors, most of whom aren’t buying Robert’s claims regarding his mental health, and a trustee is in the process of liquidating his assets.

While Erika and Thomas’ home may have very well been targeted by a robber, or robbers, attorney Ronald Richards sparked rumors of a potentially staged crime on Twitter after the incident was reported.

“Another scam [in my opinion], hard to believe but it just keeps coming,” he wrote in a tweet shared Thursday. “The best way to dissipate personal property from a residence is to have a burglary. I can’t wait to see the property report. How would memory impaired [Thomas Girardi] know about a burglary to report it?”
