While she previously stated that she is bisexual on Twitter in 2016, Thorne revealed in a 2019 interview with Good Morning America that she has since realized she is pansexual. 

“You like what you like,” Thorne said of her pansexual identity. “Doesn’t have to be a girl, or a guy, or … you know, a he, a she, a this, or that. It’s literally, you like personality, like you just like a being.”

Siwa said to People Magazine, “Technically I would say that I am pansexual.” 

She explained that she’s not quick to put a “label” on her sexuality, and added, “My human is my human.”

Singer and actress Janelle Monáe initially identified as bisexual before learning of pansexuality.

She told Rolling Stone in 2018, “I read about pansexuality and was like, ‘Oh, these are things that I identify with too.’” She also added that she is “open” to learning more about herself.

He also credited his ex-girlfriend, Halsey, for helping him discover more about his sexuality.

“She taught me so much, even about my sexuality,” Yungblud said. “The conversations we would have at night, she has such knowledge because she’s been openly bisexual for years… it’s so funny when you’re dating someone, yet [you] owe them a lot towards your sexuality; even though she is not a man, she made me go, ‘Oh my God, I probably like am into that.’”

Miley Cyrus came out as pansexual in 2015 while speaking to Elle Magazine about the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. 

“I’m very open about it — I’m pansexual. But I’m not in a relationship,” Cyrus said. “I’m 22, I’m going on dates, but I change my style every two weeks, let alone who I’m with.”

While they were a guest on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast in March, Demi was asked by Rogan if they identify as pansexual. Lovato responded by saying, “Yeah, pansexual,” and added that they are “part of the alphabet mafia and proud,” in reference to the LGBTQIA+ community.

YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous posted a video in April revealing that she identifies as pansexual. 

“I just want to let everybody know that I am pansexual,” Gorgeous said.            She described it as “a lightbulb moment” when she realized this was her sexual identity, and credited her husband for helping her learn that pansexuality allows her to “[fall] in love with the soul of somebody.”

“The fear of not being accepted is a huge struggle for me,” Glenn said. “Being perceived as [going through] ‘just a phase’ or [being] ‘indecisive’ is a common thing for bisexual/pansexual women. I don’t want to shove my sexuality in people’s faces, but I also don’t want to hide who I am.”

“I feel zero shame, and I don’t feel that way because nobody’s ever really shamed me for it and I know a lot of people have had a lot of hate and lack of support. I know so many, countless stories of queer people that did not have support,” Bailey said. “But if you’re asking me personally, that’s just my experience with it. It was worth it.
